On the 6th of February Advocacy Matters held a volunteers valentine Get Together. We had music, lunch and laughter. Advocacy Matters truly appreciate their volunteers. Get Togethers help to build self-esteem and confidence. Recognition is an important component of volunteer staying with us and enjoying the work we do. When volunteers feel appreciated and important, they are more likely to feel connected to Advocacy Matters and continue their fantastic work.
