Posted on 1st April 2020

Advocacy Matters is a Sutton Charity have been supporting the ‘Bostin’ people of Sutton Coldfield and wider Birmingham since 2002. We are a courageous city that has been through a lot and come out the other side fighting. However, at times such as these we all need a helping hand.

We would like to provide anyone who is vulnerable, self-isolating or otherwise, with as much support as we can. You may be worried about whether you can go out, when you will be able to get food or how you are going to get the care and support you need.

Advocacy Matters will listen to you and support you to find the information you need at this time of national crisis. You may just need a listening ear someone to tell your fears and support you when you are low.

Give us a call and we will find you the information you need and try to allay your fears. Or you can join our group on Facebook and share your messages of support and information about the services and voluntary groups that have helped you https://www.facebook.com/groups/AMHeartoHelp

The service operates between 9-5 Monday to Friday and the number is 0121 321 2377 or 07813 847520 for telephone support. Support online is 24 hour through the group support.
